PCA Store (operating at daikokuten.my.id) is a game top-up and voucher store. By using this site, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the game/voucher provider and is usually instant to a few minutes; some orders may need manual admin review.

We accept manual payment methods (Kpay/Wave/etc. with receipt upload), Wallet balance, and Crypto/USDT top-up. Payments must use accurate details. Orders placed with incorrect In-Game ID, Server ID, or payment proof may be delayed or rejected — see the Refund tab for what happens in that case.

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate. Wallet balance is tied to your account/guest ID, is non-transferable between accounts, and can only be used for purchases on this store.

Referral rewards are credited as Wallet balance when a friend signs up with your code and completes a qualifying action, subject to the reward amounts shown in-app at the time. We may adjust or end the referral program at any time.

Abuse of promotions/referrals, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment proof may lead to an order being cancelled or an account being restricted.

We may update these Terms as the store evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

A device/guest ID to identify your account, profile info you choose to add (name, phone number), your Google name/photo if you sign in with Google, the In-Game ID/Server ID you enter per order, payment receipt images for manual top-ups, and your order/wallet top-up history.

Solely to process your orders and top-ups, verify payments, deliver in-game items to the correct account, run the referral/wallet system, and respond to support requests. We don't use your data for advertising.

Completed order and wallet top-up records (Success/Fail or Completed/Rejected) are automatically deleted after 7 days. Pending/Processing orders are kept until resolved. Your profile info (name, phone, wallet balance) is kept for as long as your account/guest ID is active.

We don't sell your personal data. Payment receipts and top-up details are only used internally to confirm your payment; crypto top-ups are verified on the public blockchain network you send to.

You can message Telegram @pcagamepage at any time to ask what data we hold about you or to request deletion of your profile and history, unless we need to keep specific records to resolve an open order/payment dispute.

This store is not directed at young children. If you are under the age required by your country's law to make online payments without a guardian, please only use this service with a parent/guardian's involvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the store evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

Once an order is marked Success and the item is delivered, it is final and non-refundable — this includes cases where you entered the wrong In-Game ID or Server ID yourself, since digital delivery to that account can't be reversed. Please double-check your ID before confirming.

If an order fails (e.g. the provider couldn't deliver it), we refund the order amount to your Wallet balance, typically within 24 hours of the order being marked Failed. You can then use that balance for another order.

Orders still in Pending status can usually be cancelled by contacting Support. Once an order has moved to Processing (sent to the game/voucher provider), it can no longer be cancelled.

If a manual top-up request is rejected (e.g. unclear or invalid receipt), no Wallet balance is credited — since the money never passed through our Wallet system, please keep your own payment app's transaction record and contact Support if you believe the rejection was a mistake.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Please confirm you're sending the correct amount on the correct network shown in the app. We can't recover funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, or wrong amount.

Wallet balance can only be used for purchases on this store and isn't redeemable for cash or transferable to another account, except where we choose to resolve a specific issue that way.

Contact Telegram @pcagamepage with your Order ID or Top-Up ID as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days, since order/top-up history older than 7 days is automatically deleted from our records.
